Exchange POLICY
Warranty & Eligibility
All jewellery items (including 1 gram gold jewellery) come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Exchange is strictly applicable only in case of color-related issues within this period. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in original condition with the tag intact. No return or exchange will be accepted once the tag is removed.
Exchange Terms
We do not provide any cash refunds under any circumstances. Eligible products will be exchanged only against another jewellery item. In case of old jewellery exchange, the valuation will be determined after physical inspection at the store, and the final value will depend on the condition and quality of the item at that time.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted for products damaged due to breakage, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, items with American diamonds (including stone falling or damage) are not covered under return or exchange. Any issue outside color defects will not be considered valid for exchange.
