By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment issues. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, and we do not store sensitive payment information.

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Shyam Ji Jewellers shall not be held liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by logistics partners or external factors.

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide an exchange within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, your jewelry must be completely unworn, in its original pristine condition, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that due to hygiene or the delicate nature of certain items, some products may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for exchange.
